Getting to know our Creator more deeply ought to be the pursuit of every believer.
In our Lord we find absolute forgiveness, unconditional love, wonderful peace, and inexpressible joy! In Him we
have eternal life, and the more we grow in our knowledge of God, the richer and fuller our life becomes!
We believe God has called us to encourage everyone to consider the person and work of Jesus Christ, so that
they, too, might know God’s forgiveness and love.
In short, our motto is: To Know Him (Jeremiah 9:23-24; Philippians 3:7-10)
(Pro. 9:10; Hos. 6:6; Eph. 1:15-17; II Peter 3:18)
To Make Him Known (Matthew 28:19-20; Acts 1:8)
(Matt. 5:14016; John 15:16; John 17:18; II Cor. 5:18-20)
Our desire as a church is to come together for encouragement and mutual edification. Life is a series of
challenges and Christians cannot meet those challenges without a loving supportive fellowship. We must look out
for each other in the midst of this wicked and perverse generation!
Our desire as a church is to come together for training in God’s Word. Life presents us with a series of
illusions and half truths. We must have God’s perspective and God’s plan to tackle life successfully. The WORD of
TRUTH will expose the error that permeates society!
Our desire as a church is to draw close to God in worship and praise. Life presents us with a series of
tantalizing, alluring pursuits. These pleasures and promises would steal our affection away from God. We must come
together to worship and meet for the praise of His glorious name to drown out the wooing call of lesser gods!
Our desire as a church is to come together for strategy. Life is a series of encounters with the prince of
darkness who blinds the minds of unbelievers. We must seek effective ways to shine the light of God’s GOOD NEWS so
the lost have opportunity to see and believe!
